What does that mean? Well, it means that we prioritise giving our clients great value legal advice while being agile enough to move with the times. All of that while employing top lawyers to support our clients.

From time to time, our clients need us to provide legal services that are 'reserved' by the Legal Services Act 2007. When this happens, we work via our SRA regulated law firm, Stephenson Law (Regulated) Limited. We will always let you know when this happens.

However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so we can provide limited services in relation to investments and carry on insurance mediation activity (broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts). This part of our business is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

The SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) Transparency Rules require us to provide information about our prices for bringing or defending claims on your behalf for unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal in the Employment Tribunal (ET), which we have set out here.
