The fast-growth RegTech company has streamlined policy management, compliance, and regulatory change for regulated companies, and has given modern businesses the tools to remain agile in an ever-changing regulatory landscape. In recent years, the business has begun to develop a North American presence, furthered by its base of 180,000 users. It counts Barclays, PensionBee and Gemserv among its customer base.

Our Corporate team advised Clausematch on its successful raise of £9m led by Lytical Ventures, Flashpoint, and Sony Innovation Fund. This takes the total funding for Clausematch to just under £17 million.
