Alternative legal service provider, Plume has advised the shareholders of EnviroDat on its sale to Element, a global testing, inspection and certification business, for an undisclosed sum.

EnviroDat, founded in 2003 and based in Reading, is an industry-leading UKAS and MCERTS accredited environmental testing provider. It specialises in air quality monitoring for environmental and occupational hygiene applications, with particular expertise in engine emissions, fuel quality and siloxane analysis.

The testing services offered by EnviroDat are complementary to Element’s existing stack emissions testing, inspection and consultancy services and provide considerable opportunities for growth and expansion.
