Yuliya Prokopyshyn
Originally from Ukraine, Yuliya graduated from Upper Iowa University in the U.S. with a 1:1 Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law and Public Administration with Political Science while competing for the university tennis team.
Since moving to the UK she’s completed her Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course and Masters Degree at the University of Law and gained real-world experience as a paralegal.
She is particularly interested in corporate and commercial law and her responsibilities have included drafting commercial agreements, reviewing license contracts, preparing board minutes and shareholders resolutions.
