Stephenson Law promotes Ed Boal to Director
We are very excited to announce that, with effect from 1 May, Ed Boal has been promoted to Director.
Since joining the flock a year ago, Ed has been instrumental in our work with fast-growth tech businesses. His deep understanding of technology and software development combined with his specialist legal expertise makes him perfectly placed to get under the skin of tech businesses and support them as they scale.
Ed is also ensuring that Stephenson Law punches well above its weight as a tech-driven legal services provider. He led the development of a bespoke client on-boarding platform which we are launching soon, and has several other exciting projects underway.
Alice Stephenson, Founder & CEO, says:
“Ed has proved himself to be an incredibly valued member of the team. In the last 12 months he has helped us achieve significant growth and position ourselves as a leading Bristol firm in the tech sector.
Joining a startup law firm is something that not many people have the courage to do, but Ed has shown unwavering belief in our business and commitment to making it a success.”
Ed Boal adds:
“I’ve had a really enjoyable first year here at SLHQ. Our expansion into other sectors and specialisms shows that what we’re doing is resonating with the market.
In my new role I’ll continue working alongside fast-growth businesses. I’ll also be looking to further raise our profile in the UK tech community and push our early-stage startup offering that we’ll be launching later this summer.”
