Stephenson Law has advised FinTech infrastructure platform Integrated Finance on its £2 million seed investment round led by Octopus Ventures. Investors included 500 Start-Ups, SuperSeed Ventures, Chris Adelsbach, John Erdimanasinghe and Srin Madipalli also backing the round.

Founded by four friends, Integrated Finance offers a modular platform consisting of an orchestration layer that provides pre-built standardised workflows that are then connected to banks, financial institutions and products such as other FinTech service providers via an API.

The investment will be used by the company to grow its product and engineering teams to further enhance the platform and the commercial team to enable growth and support new and existing customers.

The Stephenson Law team was led by Senior Solicitor, Lisa Faragher, and Solicitor, Jessica Taylor.

Lisa commented:

“Absolutely delighted to have advised Integrated Finance on their £2 million investment round. Huge congratulations to the Integrated Finance team, I know they will be one to watch going forward!”

Alistair Cotton, one of the co-founders of Integrated Finance, commented:

“Lisa and Jess did a great job of guiding us through what can be a challenging process and ensured we closed the round on schedule. They were a pleasure to work with!”
