Lisa is a corporate lawyer with a broad range of experience, including: venture capital investments and other fundraisings, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructures and share buybacks, and advising AIM listed business (including through the IPO process).
She works across a broad spectrum of sectors, providing commercially focused legal support to large corporates, high tech companies and owner-managed businesses.
Lisa enjoys working on client matters but also writing articles and running seminars on topics of interest to our clients, helping them to demystify legal concepts.
As well as corporate law, she has also trained in the areas of tax, employment and dispute resolution. In her spare time, she is involved in charity work to help those suffering with multiple sclerosis.
