Founded in 2012, Onfido takes its name from a blend of two latin words. Fido - meaning trust, and Confido - meaning confidence. And what better name for a business that supports over 900 companies in verifying their customers, making identification a simple process across the globe?
With a commitment to an air-tight legal strategy, Onfido needs a legal services provider they can rely on to support them with the day-to-day churn. Given its global reach, Onfido grapples with a high volume of contracts defining the relationship between the business, its customers, and the suppliers that feed into the Onfido service.
We work closely alongside the in-house lawyers, operating on their contract ticketing system where work is allocated to individuals, therefore allowing us to support the business directly. We hold monthly meetings to keep up to date with their changing risk appetite and end of month/quarter/year end goals, and to ensure that we’re doing as much as possible to help them.
By supporting the legal team with sales, partnership and hybrid deals, their time is freed up to spend on more complex and strategic matters and, due to the ongoing relationship, they know they are in good hands, and that they can trust the work being done by us.
