We’re delighted to have advised AccelerComm on its £21.5m Series B investment round led by Parkwalk, Swisscom Ventures (including its fundDigital Transformation Fund II) and Hostplus alongside existing investors IP Group,IQ Capital and Bloc Ventures.
AccelerComm is a pioneer of physical layer IP solutions technology that supercharges 5G through optimisation and latency reduction.Based at Southampton Science Park, it was presented with the Best Digital TechBreakthrough Award for Companies under $10m Annual Global Revenue at the 2022Global Mobile (GLOMO) Awards at MWC22 Barcelona. It also recently announced a partnership with independent technology and product development company, TTP, to develop a high-performance regenerative base station for low-earth orbit(LEO) satellites.
Stephenson Law previously advised AccelerComm on its £5.7mSeries A investment round led by IQ Capital in 2020 and is therefore pleased to continue its support on this investment round.
AccelerComm plans to use the investment to reduce time to market for releasing this new generation of wireless products in both satellite and terrestrial communications.
