This is really hard for me as I have at least 20 top books… If I am allowed to say more than one… I would probably say the Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss because it set me on a path and, through Tim’s associated podcast I have learnt more than from any other resource. How to win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie was the first book I read on human behaviour and how to optimise your relationships with people. The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday is the best survival guide for modern life, interpreting and applying 2000 year old stoic principles to current challenges. Sapiens by Yuval Harari because it made me understand better where we are from as a species. Awareness by Anthony De Mello because it made me more spiritually aware, and is the single best source to improve the level your function at. Fiction - East of Eden is the only book that made me cry and is beautiful.

Wolves! We went camping in Canada, and we chose a campsite right on the edge of the main campsite. In the day time I thought, great, privacy! But in the nighttime, very different story. We started to hear this wolf howling. If you've never heard a wolf howl... it's really scary. I could hear it getting closer and closer, and all had was my car alarm and a 4 inch hatchet to protect myself! So I held onto those all night until they went away. So yeah, wolves.
Tim Ferriss! Or Obama! (Will also talks a lot about Michelle Obama) Or Alice! I guess I am inspired by people who are looking to use their skills / talents to improve the world (even if it is in a small way). I am a firm believer in the principle of “you are the average of the five people you spend most of your time with” and so try to surround myself with these kind of people who are better than me so they help me to level up! I have three key passions – identity inclusion, financial inclusion and of course the environment (and blockchain can help with all three…). Not sure if that answers the question!
