What's a great book you've read recently?

Stillness is the Key, by Ryan Holiday.

What's your favourite season and why?

Spring, because I can usually start playing golf and the Masters is in Spring and both my boys were born in Spring.

What's the career highlight you're most proud of?

Teaching myself how to code. No one asked me. I gave myself permission and it opened up the door to discovering my intrinsic motivations, creating a company and finding a home here at SL.

Who is your hero?

My hero is probably Lewis Hamilton. Absolute dedication to mastery.

What motivates you to work hard?

I'm now discovering the difference between working hard and toil. The concept of Ikigai means that my days are filled with hard work with something with purpose, so it doesn't feel like a grind. Providing for my family is at the heart of that too.
