After joining Plume at the beginning of its journey and a few years of supporting our business in a variety of roles covering HR, IT, compliance, bookkeeping and general office management, Laura was promoted to become a valued member of our senior leadership team in 2021.
During her time at PlumeHQ, Laura has successfully achieved an Associate Legal Practice Management certificate - a course which has deepened her in-depth knowledge of her role, from leadership to project management and client care to professional conduct rules.
Laura is brilliant at putting processes in place to ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis (particularly from an HR perspective) and is currently studying her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
